Being a member of DOT Rewards with each reservation made directly through the DOT Hotels website, the hotel website or by phone, you earn the equivalent of 5% of the accommodation expense, before taxes, in DOT points.
If after 4 days of check out, you do not see the DOT Points credited to your account, please start the claim by clicking here.
Each DOT Point is equal to U$D1 at the time of redemption. Redemptions are with no minimum and can be made from day one.
You can redeem DOT points yourself by making an online reservation. You can do this by logging into DOT Rewards to view all hotels, or from the hotel's booking engine. You can also redeem your points on our website or by calling the hotel´s front desk directly.
You can redeem your points from the very first moment, without waiting to accumulate a certain amount of points. That is, you can redeem from 1 DOT point, equivalent to U$D 1 off.
