The Restaurant belongs to a gastronomic and hotel complex with more than 60 years of tradition in the Paraguayan market combining the high quality of its gastronomy and constant innovation in its offers. Signature dishes include fried corvina (fish), preferred surubi (freshwater fish), chicken caprese, three-pepper tenderloin, and tenderloin with plum sauce.

Monday to Saturday 11.30 am a 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm
Sunday 11.30 am to 3.00 pm. and 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
BAR LA PREFERIDA
Enjoy a buffet lunch with meat, chicken, vegetables, pasta, a variety of breads, and desserts. Coffee, tea, croissants, confectionery, sandwiches and cakes are served throughout the day.
